BE A FRIEND. GAIN WORK EXPERIENCE

Your college years are a great time to start building your resumé to show employers that you have the knowledge and experience to succeed. A caregiving career at Comforting Arms helps you stand out with a larger, more developed resumé and a stronger social network as you prepare to take on the real world. Unpaid internships result in coffee runs, hours of busy work, and leave you with no financial earnings. As a caregiver with Comforting Arms, you can gain work experience while earning a competitive wage. Additionally, we match our caregivers with patients based on personality and schedule, so you can be confident that your hours will be flexible and spending time with your patient will feel like being with a friend.

GOOD WORK FOR GOOD PEOPLE

An in-home caregiver is an individual who assists someone in their home with daily tasks. Caregivers are trained to support an elderly individual or an individual with developmental disabilities. They help clients maintain their health, keep them comfortable and safe, and act as the main line of defense against their client getting injured, as well as providing a sense of peace of mind to the family. When you are helping those who cannot help themselves, you develop confidence, patience, and empathy. If you are a compassionate person looking to give back to your community in a fulfilling way while earning a good wage, Comforting Arms is the place for you.

What Others Have To Say

“I absolutely love the company. They are all so welcoming, everyone I have met has been so sweet. I am going into nursing and this has helped me to keep up my skills. Anna is amazing, when I ask questions I can always text her, she gets back to me as soon as she can. They are all very sweet, I don't mind between care or companionship, but I feel like we have gotten along with all of my clients.”
~ Marissa F.
“At Comforting Arms I really enjoy the staff that I work under. They come to us for training if we cannot come to them. They are so lenient with my scheduling. They are very appreciative of us. I have received gift cards to my favorite shops when I pick up shifts that are not mine. They take a caregiver and give us a client that we are trained to be with. They really do try to put a proper caregiver with a client to match their needs.”
